Well, I am a Little concerned about the weight. The specifications state 8.8 g.
I have just received the three Units I have ordered and my scale tells a different story: 11.6g ; 11.6g and 11.7 g. That is 32pcnt above specifications. I would recommend to update the specifications !!!
The Motors have not been tested yet, but for indoor weight is paramount.

Got this engine. It is much better quality than previous modification. Little heavier, but more solid. Thicker wires, bigger mounting holes.
Old 1612 live about 30 min (installed on Bonsai 600mm).

Couldn't be happier with this tiny motor. Good match to my mini-pop wing/bonsai with 2s 950 and 5x3 prop. With light acrobatic flying, flight timer is set to 15:30, and the batteries come back ~60pcnt discharged. Efficient fun!

While the motor itself is fine, the mounts are just too weak for the thrust it produces, I have now broken 3 motor mounts using this motor on a micro quad simply from usage, no crashes, the mounts are just way too weak, they will twist and flex until they weaken and then finally break, there's just no way around it, if your going to use them allot the mounts will break long before the motor itself ever goes bad.

Motor arrived well packaged (As always by HK!!)

I was quite surprised by the size of it, this thing is TINY! I am putting it on a mini popwing and it seems to have good thrust and an exact replacement for the T-motor they say to use with the mini popwing

I think I will connect this either directly to an ESC or use some .8mm bullet plugs (IF they ever come back in stock lol) to save on weight.

Just put it on today. Did a small test of 'Pull power' Got it to pull 144g, with a 5/3 prop far from the 170 they say. ! Did not get hot at all. :)Looks like a good build. More to come when I have been out flying.

Tres bon moteur mais n'as pas fais l'effet escompter sur mon F3P de 115g ( avec accu)par contre trs bien sur un minimag pour l'ecolage.

Nice little BL! Gives the Bonsai-Wing enough power for light aerobatics w/ a 2S 700mAh LiPo and 6x3 Prop. Flight times are about 20min w/ moderate aerobatics. Climbing at 45 degrees are no issue with this one. A bit of con: The wires like to brake easy. be aware to bend them often.
