Simple to set up. LED's are bright. Good to be able to power from the balance plug and save having to carry an additional battery. Afterburner LED's are VERY chunky and quite heavy so might be too much for a smaller (64mm or less) EDF. Might be better to swap this out for one of the lighter EDF rings available. Good value for the money though.

Nice set up. Comes with every thing you need to get some cool effects going on!! The LEDs are not light though so be weary if weight is a problem...

Anschluss siehe unten Files Handbuch dort
genaue Skitze (Anleitung) wie der Anschluss
erfolgt. Blinker geht sofort (abschalten ber
oberen Regler einstellen, zum An -Aus kann
man auch z.B Gear verwenden.) fr nach
brenner Helligkeit mit unteren Regler ein
Stellen.

This is an awesome setup for the price, I just wish the afterburner strip was not so thick, they make them that are much thinner than this one, but it is what it is.

There are some comments on this saying that its not very good, but i would disagree. For the money, which is under 10 pound i think its quite good. The port and starboard lights blink when they should be solid, and the landing/nav lights don't blink. so the obvious solution is to swap the leads over, which i did and it works great. Red and green are solid and nav is blinking. I would recommend this, but i would also recommend ignoring the wiring diagram and set it up yourself. The afterburner ring is good, and very accurately follows the throttle input. Plus you can adjust the brightness, so mine is going on a mig 15 which had no afterburner, so i have it turned down to represent just the turbofan glow.
So my advice, for the money buy it. The alternative is no lights what so ever, i know what looks worst.

this is so cool. the main edf ring is flexible. I am putting it my f22 which isn't a round exit. so this is perfect.

I have bought this advance EDF Jet Lightning system and I am not quit satisfied for the following reasons:
The color of the afterburner is bright red and not orange.
The afterburner follow the throttle. But if you want full bright afterburner at full throttle, you will have visible afterburner at throttle too.
The port and starboard wing tip lights do not flash as you might expect. Instead the green is on for 2sec, then the red for 3sec etc. what scale navigating light does that??
The red clearance beacon is not a beacon but at solid light.
The super bright 10mm landing light comes on along with the rest of the navigating lights.

Authentic navigation lighting scheme?? I do not agree.
I do not understand why HK did not at least use the orange LED strip they also sell.
The quality of the LED seem good and they are bright.
I got the set to work with out the manual, but it can be found under international warehouse and then the file tab on the product page.
Would I recommend it ? No. But you get nice LED cheap.
