Find these little checkers great to ensure LiPo isn't over discharged. Cost a very small amount compared to even the cheap LiPos I use (Zippy packs from HK). Great for what I need them for, and a fraction of the cost of the real power packs. Using this has meant I can extend my (very conservative) flight times - I also check the pack after flight with a volt checker and find them to still safe even with the extra flight times I'm now getting.

Receive mine a week ago. Test it.
Put it on my 500 heli. It dies on first attempt. No lights, no beep.

Light is clear visible if your model in front of you 10-15 meter , great for heli pilots

I don't know if fixed wing can use it on-air :)

Hobbyking PLEASE UPDATE YOUR LISTING!!!

I bought these because i thought they were appropriate for 5S .. you list the beep voltage as 18v but the package says different, it says 19.8v :(

I thought i could get a beep at 3.6v/cell for my 5S pack which would be perfect... :(

Bought this to give me an audible warning of low lipo battery voltage on my Trex 500. Great idea but very hard to hear over the rotor noise. The LED on this product also give a warning which is good for near flight or hovering.

perfekt and cheap. A life insurance for your lipos. Sound is loud enough to here it out of a hovering heli. I have installed it in all my helicopters. Grat work HK

2 orders 1 was with the 1 already switches on broken.

The LEDs are in sunshine hardly to recognize although the plate outside by the flier e.g. Fun Cup is attached. The Buzzer is besides too quietly. Only if it has little wind and the flier at a past flies is it to hear. Altogether an useful part for the price.
