Bought one set of these for my Tamiya TA05r V.2. The diameter of the item is too big and caused a clearance issue with my car when turning the front wheels. Only found out this problem after one of them keeps coming loose from the plastic center hub adaptor. Looks great at a pretty good value though but not for my car. Tested on a sakura D3, same issue.

Great items, I use them all the time. Lightweight and strong for home use. Surfaces are Bling-bling enough to drift like a mad man.

Habe mir die Lichter in mein Tamiya TA-02 eingebaut und bin von der Optik begeistert! Leider ist die Qualitt nicht berragend. Die Mulde im Mitnehmer fr den Pin ist nicht tief genug, wenn man zu fest anzieht brechen die Scheiben wohl. Leider sitzen die Scheiben dadurch nicht richtig und die Rder haben etwas Spiel.
Wie bei allen LED-Teilen, nur fr die Optik, nichts frs Rennen :D

i bought so many stuff from hk and i got never dissapointed.. but.. check the price its only $5.. so dont expect a high quality thing, mine were broken down only in few minutes. Check the pictures, u can see one led wheel consists of two parts, one is inner (hex) , other is outer circle. They can easily separate from each other. Solution may be glue them before using. I didnt, and all 4 separated.
If you are going to use it for only drifting and on a perfect surface ( flat plain asphalt ) , yep they look cool and can survive for a long time, but for offroad, gravel surface, rally cars etc.. first run will be the last run with these shinny wheels :)

A very nice accessories to add to your 1/10 on-road cars! If your wheels are using 12mm hex with a pin, then this product will fit. All you need to do is to remove the original hex, and this entire unit will fit right over the pin, put the wheels back on and that's it. The red LED light gives a sense of buring red-hot brake disc when the car is running. Very cool and drew envious looks from my fellow buddies! :-) You don't need to remove the batteries as the LED only lights up upon motion.



Important Note : I would highly recommend to re-solder the battery holders (2 holders per unit) again onto the circuit board as the original soldering were not done properly, which may result in the battery flying off during race. (hence the 4 stars in quality)
