I bought this GPS module to replace my the MTK module that comes with the Multiwii Pro. I'm fairly new to this, and read a lot of instructions online, but ended up going with trial and error. This module is 100pcnt compatable with the 2.2 firmware and will be automatically configured if you setup the firmware for ublox, serial 2, and the correct baud rate "115200". Do not be confused by the stock baud rate. You WILL need to set the baud rate to 115200 in order for it to work with the Multiwii, but you will not have to do any firmware and configuration settings directly to the GPS module (this is handled automatically).

Also, please note that unless you find an adapter that works with the Multiwii GPS port, you are going to have to strip the current connector off this module and climp and solder on JST connectors. If you don't already have the JST connectors or a climp, you can accomplish this fairly cheaply with some needle nose pliers and some cheap JST kits from HK.

Ottima antenna GPS, lavora bene con APM 2.7, paragonata con altre antenne nello stesso punto (dentro casa) aggancia 6 satelliti dove le altre antenne ne agganciano 2 o al massimo 3. molto soddisfatto

Very nice GPS module, I got it running on MWC2.3 (Works perfect with arduino 'i2c Nav Board' or with direct serial connection)
Took a little while to figure ucenter out, but very happy with it. I immediately ordered a second one.

When you buy this GPS, you buy a piece of Swiss electronics (uBlox), so no need to worry about quality. This company is in the GPS receiver business for quite a few years now and knows how to make great products.
This tiny receiver will pick up very weak satellite signals rapidly and will give you an accurate position 5 times per second. I've even configured it at 10 Hz but not sure if this extra info contains new position data.
Anyway, I use it on a quadcopter and loiter mode (position & altitude hold) works very nice! Although you may find cheaper receivers (I think this is already a great price), I'd advise to go for uBlox quality.

With uBlox GPS rx you can't go wrong. Swiss technology, nicely mounted on a PCB for a very friendly price!!! This GPS works sooooo well! I bought a 2nd for my next project.

Good value. Happy to purchase another. Good sat fix and accuracy. Currently tested on a TekSumo with HK Mini APM and beats previous GPS from another vendor. Can recommend this GPS to anyone deciding between this and a more expensive one. Only gripe is the antenna cable has to be tucked away for tight installations, but not a real problem. Can't go wrong.
