A superb model - five stars plus

Beautifully finished boat. Comes with a quality Leopard Hobby 4074 brushless motor and aluminium water cooling jacket. The boat also is pre-installed with quality TFL hardware, making for a very cost effective package. I will progressively upgrade the boat as I have a few modifications planned to get this boat moving. The only negative for me was the two piece stub shaft flexshaft. This will make maintaining the shaft a nightmare. I will replace with a one piece flexshaft design.
Definitely a five star model and a bargain at the current price. Being available in the local wharehouse saved me a fortune on shipping costs. My congratulations for a superb model.

Great and fast boat in stock mode, drive shaft to small for the size of boat though and even if well lubricated it was just busted in the first run, pity Hobby King has no spares listed for this boat to replace some of the damaged ones and had to source elsewhere, the servo mounting plate was poorly fitted and broke off the hull, now on my way to fully upgrade to make a monster out of it, including a double rudder system which I am using a planes system to drive the twin rudder, will upload pictures, will use the drive system of my new Inception as it has a 5mm flex shaft, will replace stinger also from Inception as it was easier to source the replacement parts, the motor I have to go in it is a Turnigy T20 3T, coupled to a Turnigy 240A Aquastar which I didn't get a manual with it and after a few long waited requests to Hobby King they have added the manual online, forgot to say I will be using a 70mm sharpened and balance aluminium propeller which I expect it will be planning on take off, overall a great boat, I really love it, maybe they should have done a clear coat on the graphics as they are peeling off already after one run on water.

Great and fast boat, but before first run check the hull for leak, sharpen the propeller, and put additional motor support, the original is not enough.

Die Qualitt lsst leider zu wnschen brig. Die Aufkleber sind schlecht ausgeschnitten und lsen sich halb von dem Rumpf weil sie nicht gut kleben. Die Lackierung ist auch sehr schlecht gemacht worden. Fr das, dass es so viel Geld kostet ist es schon schwach. Die Fahreigenschaften sind trotzalledem gut und der Versand aus dem Eurowarenhaus auch flott.

Ik wist van te voren dat deze boot heel goed is.
De kwaliteit is echt super, alleen de bevestiging voor de lipo's zijn verkeerd geplaatst. Moeten voor de motor i.p.v achter in de boot.
Heb er een tfl 43mm prop op gezet en de lipo's verplaatst naar voor de motor. Ik vaar met 2x 8400Mah 3s nano-techs in serie, dus 6s en 100km per uur is geen probleem.(esc turnigy 180A)

I took the osprey out today for the first time. I was only running it on 4s as I dont currently have any 6s packs.



It handles very well, the speed wasnt blistering but thats due to the 4s packs.



Its a great boat and I am very impressed with the quality. I was using the SS boat series 200A ESC and it performed well. No issues and temps were cool.



Great boat I recommend it for sure!
