This gives the MD500 incredible stability and an amazing amount of power making it perfect for beginners or the more experienced pilots. In more experienced hands it is capable of all the usual more advanced helicopter maneuvers. Other features include a dedicated V2 transmitter with auto take-off and landing, out-of-control protection (which allows the gyro and stability systems to take over at the flick of a switch), 3 flight modes, a low voltage alarm, and a modular battery design with intelligent power management.
