The SonicModell AR Wing PRO "White Falcon" is a special, all-white version of the popular standard AR Wing PRO. It is still a tough, dynamic, efficient, lifting-body flying wing that delivers an impressive performance with style. The White Falcon features detachable wings, so there is no glue required, and the elevon servo connections are made automatically, which means the wings can be easily removed for transport. Other features are a large battery/flight controller bay, a nose camera bay for FPV flying that suits DJI and other cameras, and numerous compartments for the FPV transmitter (plenty of room for long-range systems) and your RC receiver, etc. These compartments have aerodynamically designed NACA air cooling systems to keep everything including your FPV gear nice and cool.
The aerodynamic design allows for a highly agile, responsive, and precise flying model that gives a sharp reaction to your control inputs. The White Falcon is no slouch in the performance department either, with its included power system it can reach speeds of up to 130km/h. This is very impressive, but its wide speed range means that it is equally happy flying around very slowly as well.
Supplied as "Plug-N-Fly", the White Falcon is equipped with a powerful 2216-1400KV brushless motor driving a 2-blade 8x5 propeller, this is matched to a 40A ESC with 5V 3A BEC, and the supplied 9g analog servos are metal geared. The airframe is nicely molded in tough white EPP foam, complete with molded C of G dimples, and for enhanced stability and crash resistance, there is a strong carbon-fiber wing spar. The bottom of the White Falcon is completely flat with stick-on teflon skids, there is nothing really to catch on the ground when landing (apart from the surface control horns) to cause damage, even the servo horns are recessed. The control surfaces themselves come molded to the wing itself with a foam hinge, but CA hinges are also provided as an option. The control surface side of things is completed with a highly accurate, no-slop ball link system.
The SonicModell AR Wing PRO "White Falcon" offers great performance, stacks of room for all your equipment, has an impressive payload of around 900g, is very easy to assemble, and is the perfect package for FPV and pure fun flying.
