I have one of these on a flying wing and it performs just great. For it's size it has got a lot of punch.

Doesn't seem to get too hot or drain the battery too fast. I am looking around for components for a mini quad and I think that these would be great.

The best thing about this product is the hardware kit you get with it. Even heatshrink! And yes the propsaver does work nice too if you have the right prop on there.

I like the off red shiny color, with the black strip around the magnet ring. Be careful with the set screw(s) that tighten the motor to the motor mount, they can come out - so keep tight during test runs or vibration can send them falling out.

Also be careful with the wires coming from the motor - I kept bending them to put the motor in and out of a pretty little box, and eventually broke one wire very close to the motor winds, and had to solder it, which was a very minute and delicate operation.
Discovering the broken wire was more difficult, as I thought I had fried the
10A plush ver 3.1 bulletproof esc- with defaults (motor takes a sec to start)
3mm motor shaft - (3.17 bullet prop saver work but can pinch-jam on use wd40 to loosen back collet from cross collapse)
Using a nano 300 2S with 35-70 discharge, and currently a
8x4.3 black plastic cheapo prop - 3D home built 19" wingspan based loosely on slowfly28.

Hovers it nicely and plenty of power for straight up - ready to fly weight w battery and prop is 137 grams.

Very good motor! I use 8*4 Prop and it drains 9A on full throttle and 3s lipo.
Only the wires on the motor break easily.

These are cracking little motors! I thought i'd try these rather than sticking to the Blue Wonders and although slightly different style they perform just as well! I use x4 of these with 7030 tri blade props on 3s. They warm up but don't overheat. They run consistently with each other and have bags of thrust! **As with any new motor, always check that the mount screws are sufficiently tightened!**
