Just got it today. Had to change the shaft for my 64mm EDF. A bit of a headache to change it.... needed a piece of wood with a hole and a small hammer...

I installed it in my lanyu T-45 hawk to replace the 4300kV stock motor that gave just a marginal performance. Just came back from the field from a late afternoon/evening test of the new setup. With this new engine it's no rocket, but I can do much more in terms of aerobatics, so I'm quite pleased with it.

Also it does not demand too much from the esc and battery. A quick test with a fully charged nanotech 2200mAh 3s 35-70C gave me an average around 28A WOT with a peak of 31A over a one-minute run, so the nominal max current seems to be spot on for a 5-blade 64mm EDF! So I'm confident my blue series 40A ESC is enough (sorry, no static thrust measurement).

All in all a great buy for ~$10. Very happy.

This motor is fast and good on 3S, i use this on the 64mm ducted fan unit you can find it under EDF accessories.

Received them today and they look like nice motors. I will post more once I can find screws to mount them because they come with NO screws for mounting. So now I need to find out what size the screw holes are!!!

Great motor for the price.I put it on a 64mm EDF fan that I got from HK for $3.99. I put this set up on a HK riccs Mirage 2000 to upgrade the stock system,and now I can do grass take-offs.

I didn't get the 3 different shafts that's included,they only gave me the 1 that was in it.
