Ordered to replace the board I fried when I hooked the batter up backwards. Simply plug and play and we're all back. Up and running without any issues.

I had to buy this replacement board because my original board which I did the telementry mod diy failed. Very fine soldering and low rating watts required for modification success. Love this replacement part. Thanks Hobby King :)

I installed this board in my first Turnigy 9x controller. I fits perfectly even with the HobbyKing back light. Mine is based on the AtMega128 board. The original Turnigy 9x V2 firmware seem to have been re-compiled to run on the AtMega128 chip.

Like others who have gone before me, I managed to reverse the polarity when I installed a Rhino 2620 transmitter pack in my 9X with the usual results. After learning I could purchase a replacement mother board came the comments on lengthy delays in actually getting the product. After rejecting the idea of hiding a brand new 9X in a cupboard, I decided to follow the suggestion of at least getting an order into the system and if the delay is as great as suggested, the order could always be cancelled. Added my order to the others back orders in the system and to my surprise and relief, exactly eleven days after placing the order came advice the mother board was on its way to me. Great news. Even better news when after contacting Customer service, I was advised I didn't have to install the V2 Firmware as previously suggested. It was already done. Based on my experience, if you do need a replacement mother board, get an order into the system. Don't wait for the item to come into stock. You might be surprised like me. Don't be afraid to ask a question of Customer service if you are not sure. They were back to me within a short time with the answer.
