O casco bem feito, porem a HK no tem as peas dedicadas para o casco, ou seja, para montar so 100pcnt de adaptaes! Mas no final o resultado compensou... Mas por experiencia pessoal, coloquem um motor com menos de 3000 KW.. o motor de 3700 que eu coloquei faz ela capotar no eixo j na arrancada! Caso voc resolva montar uma tambm, boa sorte e boa diverso!

Will use twin horn rudder (18 USD) on the TAIPAN which is somewhat bigger as the COBRA:

Motor: 43gr watercooled 3000kv motor, 300W. 195mm rigid shaft, 30mm 3-fluke prop, 54gr W/C 30amp ECS and 1500mh 3S battery. Turnfins came off NTN 600 as scratch.

My Cobra will be a light SeaWater Version. No cooling, 7 amp micro outrunner 2100kv, 8 amp Birdie ECS, shaft same, prop 2-fluke 27 mm, fins and rudder from Warrior, battery between 1300-1800 2S.

beautiful, nice finish. BUT... Like the others customers, the last 50 millimeter of the hull are distorted. It's not a problem for an average speed configuration. But for an high speed configuration... the boat jumps on water anytime... solution: mastic

Nicely made little fiberglass hull, unbelievable price. The hatch could have been designed a little better to channel water splashes over the back, without a good seal it will capture water into the hull. It is a perfect replacement for my damaged Mini-V hull, just swap over the running gear, you can even carefully remove the Mini-V radio/motor/servo mounting tray from the old hull and glue it into this one. It is worth noting that this hull will require some modelling skills to utilise.

Belle coque, sympa ,solide mais le point noir elle n'est pas stable a est allure un peu soutenue elle sautille sans cesse...le bateau est incontrlable est rebondit tous le temps sur l'eau mme avec des flaps. Coque sympa si l'on ne veux pas faire de vitesse pour ma pars ma config : Moteur 4500Kv/Vario 30A en 2S (brider car trop puissant...).aprs on peux toujours modifier la coque pour ajout de redans mais pas grand intrt pour ce prix.

I love this little guy. Decent construction, they are a 2 piece design and the crack in the middle where the hulls are joined is a little ruff but a small stripe fixes this. This boat will problably be tricky to keep from hoping right out of the water. I am installing a 2040 size brushless motor and 30amp ESC. I am going to run it at 7.4 volts and use 3700 kv motor. If you want to run this at 11.1volts I would use approx. 2500kv motor.

nice hull. A bit small but doable. Hops in the water alot due to hull design. trim tabs are a must. Boat still ends up costing you a bit because HK doesnt sell products to out fit it. My HK modified reef racer cost less and is more fun.
