Broken but replaced

According to the internet, this rebranded Onepaa X2000 is a very good camera. Sadly mine didn't work on arrival, but I was sent another one afterwards. Happy with the support! Only read positive reviews about it so far. The set also includes 4 anti-jello rubber standoffs, a mounting kit, strap etc.

Decent onboard camera

This camera is pretty good - not great. By "great" I guess I mean "better than a Mobius or Runcam(1)". It is neat to set up auto photo shooting at three second intervals or whatever - but photo quality is mediocre at best. The wife setup thing with the dongle can be fiddlesome and time consuming. Sometimes linking is a pain, but by and large it works with the app on my Iphone. Video quality is Mobius-esque. I got it on sale for under €40 I think, so can't complain. It's a decent alternative to a Mobius - but no better really IMHO.

Great looking camera but frustrating to setup and use

This camera was also branded OnePaa X2000 before it's Turnigy "Eclipse" name.
Don't bother trying to use any SD card larger than 32GB. I tried a class 10 Sandisk 64GB ULTRA SDXC card but camera won't work. Only when 32GB card with SD/HC rating used would the camera work.
The manual has QR codes for software but those links don't work. Use the QR codes posted on the back of the box. They must have updated them (but not the manual).
Instructions very poor with no explanation of various modes or how this should be setup to be used as a dashcam. I guess I now know why it was on sale on HK (and elsewhere).

Good video quality, but ...

Very good video stabilization and quality. Used in Rc glider. But - shortcut to Android application doesn´t work and application from Google play cannot make good connection thru wifi. 1 time from tens attempts work, but not stable and wery slow.

good video quality and lightweight.
I bought this cam because of the pwm shutter, but this doesn't work good. Why do we need 2 pwm outs one for shutter and the other to switch between video mode and picture mode.
Other cams only need 1 pwm out for both functions.

Excellent camera!
Pros:
-Smaller lighter and more aerodynamic.,
-Can do more with Ap.
-HDMI out.
-Bright lights aid in search of lost camera.
-WiFi unit is external, cuts weight.
Cons:
-No lens cap or hood for protection.
-You have to take the camera apart to change battery.
Recommend highly!!!

The camera look good and the quality of the video is nice. But I have no video ouput to fly FPV ! And (it's not very important) I can't switch the 2 big red lights off

Great camera..I own others but non of them with GYRO stabilization, so I thought I try this one.
Gyro works great, it does not replace a Gimbal but what it does is make your video smooth and no jello...I tested on my 250 (no isolators) and video was perfect (no wind), you will see image move as you turn but transition will be without jitter.
As far as HDMI, is only good for setting cam on a tv screen if you want..IT does not do PLAYBACK of recorded video straight to TV. (as most cameras with hdmi do).
Wifi works great for settings and video out to your device...I don't think further than 30 feet...beyond that signal freezes, as wifi usually does.
FPV...some latency, I used cables supplied with camera to transmitter...worked fine. VIDEO quality is great and so is sound....having stable video on a 250 is something I dreamed of and now is 7 out 10...(before was 1).
I mounted in front of S500 with no jello at all using included hardware with rubber isolators...It is much better of course than a 250 and as of now I don't even use my heavy Gimbal anymore...(scenic flights, thru trails, woods etc.)
