Shipment never arrived

The shipment never arrived due to an error in the website. I tried to correct the shipment address but that didn't work. I got an e-mail informing me i would get my money back minus the shipping cost. Which is a ripoff because the shipment went wrong due to there error. The money i would get back, never either.
This is a big shame on them. Sorry...
