Gesucht wurde ein gnstiges 1m spannendes tranparent bespanntes Modell welches von innen beleuchtet werden soll fr Nachtflug. Erwartet hab ich nicht viel aber, dieses Modell ist klasse! Super gebaut, Ste an den relevanten Stellen verzapft und alles Passt, nichts ist verzogen. Super Bausatz! HS-55 Passen saugend in die Servoaufnahmen. Bin beeindruckt und bestelle noch eine als 2ten Versuchstrger mit T-Rex 450 Motor... ;-)

Nice plane for the price,Balsa planes lock on and fly alot better than foams, but are easier to break.This model had issues with how the wings are locked into place.(solution) Like we did in the old days of models, beef em up with ply and epoxy.Just use hardwood blocks on the last rib of each wings, and line them up with the slots on the decking of the fuselage. Drill and tap for 8/32 plastic wing bolts. and you can take the wings off anytime or leave em on. Just make sure when you glue the blocks, you dont glue the wings on.I also used velcro to keep the cowling and canopy on. Works real well to remove quickly for battery replacement. A 2215 1500kv brushless gives this plane endless power with a 10x5 prop. im using a 30Amp speed control with a 11.1 3c 1300mah lipo. The plane balances nice but, I fly it with a little nose heavy keep it stable. Happy Flying

Built this in 5 hours - my first balsa plane. Such a good price, that I wasn't expecting much -but the quality is fantastic! Looks awesome, great finish.

One broken balsa spar in the wing on arrival, but I have flown it as is as there is no way to get into that area. Seems ok.

I fitted a Turnigy 950kv motor, 9x6 prop, 30A ESC and 3S 1500 mAH battery and it works a treat. Heaps of power (although a bigger motor would work fine too), very very stable. Beautiful to land. I modded it with a steerable tailwheel (does not come with one), and used 10g metal gear servos.

Seems good in aerobatics but I was very cautious on the maiden. Will see how it goes next flight.

Only bad point is that it is very hard to distinguish top from bottom side when the aircraft is 50m away from you. I am considering adding white tape stripes to the top of the wing.

this plane is sweet! flys soo slowly! not really a 3d machine, more of a nice relaxing flyer that does basic aerobatics, i used a park450 1200kv spinning a 10x5e apc, 30amp esc, 9g servos all round, 1300-1600mah 3s. flys really nice this plane, takes off great, lands even better! the landing gear are a bit weak so dont land too hard but overall a great simple, easy flying plane. well worth 40 odd quid

I must say that is much more good looking that I pictured it. All the parts go together nicely, and blue cover is nicely put on the balsa (no contusions on it) I put on L2210-1650 Bell Style Motor (250w) with GVS 9x5 prop and 35A ESC, 4 servo motors 9g TGY. It took me around 3h to assemble the plane,... to get CG right I had to put in 1.3 nano tech batt 3s if you put bigger one inside then the CG is to forward. Only downside is that the rudder is little bent,.. Now we'll see how it flown,...

For $58 you couldn't make such a plane! Covering joins are good and covering is tight. All balsa & ply parts are well glued. U/C is a tad flimsy but should hold up ok

Model in the double box, packed perfectly. No damage. Good quality, good value for money. Very durable. I wait to take it in the air for other considerations. For now Great HK.

Modello contenuto in doppio scatola, imballato perfettamente. Nessun danno evidente al suo arrivo. Ottima qualit, buon rapporto qualit prezzo. Molto resistente. Ben rifinito. Rivestimento ok. Aspetto di portalo in volo per altre considerazioni. Per adesso Great HK wpi.

I received this this morning, and had it assembled in about 4 hours. I have had many of these assembled balsa kits, but the quality of this one beggars belief for the price. How in the hell do they do it? If I had to build this from scratch, I would estimate about 20 hours ....

Every part fitted perfectly, and it really is a nice looking model.

Will probably maiden it on Saturday morning, if it flies ok, I will buy a couple more, because I cannot believe that they will remain this price for too much longer. $65 delivered to your door in Australia! Unbelievable..

I wanted a nice cheap sport/park flyer. This looked good for the price. I upgraded the U/C to alloy strap with bigger wheels and fitted a steerable tail wheel. Put velcro on the hatch so it can be quickly removed to access electrics. I'm using a Turnigy 2830-1000 with a 9x6 APC style prop, and a 25A ESC with a 3S 1300 battery. The fuse had a slight twist at the rear so I did my best to straighten it out but the vert stab still is ever so slightly out of square, but not much. Took it for the maiden today which went really smoothly. I had to put a bit more aileron trim in than I would have liked, but really I'm nitpicking. For the price it flew great. No vices, nice and predictable. Landings were some of the best I've done. There should be an unedited vid of the maiden flight up here soon.

Strengthen the u/c with bamboo bbq stick (wrap it on with cotton & epoxy)The cowl& Canopy is brittle so I put 1 layer of fibreglass cloth inside both.With 150 watts ,a 3s 1750 batt, this is now a fantastic aerobatic aircraft capable of great aeros and vertical climbs.
