For the money its good value. I bought it as an experiment to see how it would perform in my Smash Shark mono-hull running on a 4S with a water cooling jacket, 120A ESC and spinning an Octura X440 3 blade prop. It lacked a little bit of bite compared to the Stock 3660 2075KV which I put down to a lack of low speed torque, bur once "out of the hole" its got a good top end but I havent noticed a marked increase in speed. I will now build it into a 800mm rigger I am building where the lack of punch isn't going to be an issue and that should allow it to reach around 80-90k's hopefully.

Great motor use it on my pursuit rc boat even fit the original cooling jacket no mods.

I've ran this motor several times and so far I have not met any problems to date.

I matched it with the 36mm cooling jacket that you can buy here in HK. With this combination, it's cheaper than buying a motor with built-in cooling jacket by at least $5 and works better in my opinion. This motor does not come with a female bullet connector for the ESC so just make sure that you have a 4mm bullet connector and matching heatshrink tube to seal it. In my opinion it's a good buy.

This is an excellent choice for a brushless motor for any 1 8 scale car. Has a lot of torque and will make your car increase in will spins and wheelies. The reason why i gave four crowns for quality as the one mounting hole was slightly not in position meaning it need some mods for it to fit. overall excellent for its price and performance. keep up the good products HK and Turnigy.

This motor is 2 poles, construction as KDA inrunner but sectional, and a slightly better efficiency, but beware of contact between the cable and the rear facing the engine, there may be short circuit, it is good to analyze and implement control.I run in my 1:8 Truggy Caster with Turnigy cooler, the temperature is higher but in order.For the money a good buy.
