I bought this charger as the basis for a custom charger project.
The PCB quality looks good. It is basically the same circuitry as an iMAX B6 but without the discharge circuitry, LCD and buttons.
It is running an 8-bit STM MCU in place of the Atmel device, with the programming pins brought out to solder pads ( 1 from me!).

The one thing I don't like is the default charge rate of 2C. Not all of my batteries support 2C charging and I generally like to stay at 1C to prolong their lives.

Overall it looks good value as a quick field charger. I wouldn't use it at home due to the high charge rate though.

For those complaining about lack of PSU - it is designed as a field charger (i.e. you take a 12V battery or large LiPo). If you don't have a dedicated PSU, then find an old Laptop PSU and chop the connector off :).

Finding a power supply was a bit of a pain- I now use a psu from an old pc. Charging is fast enough for the price. The beep that indicates the charge is finished is nice and loud, a very handy feature. A good first charger for anyone starting out.

Bought one to got one on the Field. And it works like a charm. But if it got really 50W im not Really sure.
