A decent cell but not 20 amps really?

Ok I got a couple of these and 5 of the 2500mah cells and realistically I would have been better off buying more of these. They seem to develop full capacity right off with the first charge without having to go too close to 3 volts cut off. Cell voltage drops right away at 10amp loading to 3.6 volts and I didn't try to run at that load for very long. Temp climbed to 31C in a 16C room and performance improved. Charging at less than 2amps will result in a voltage closer to noload instead of 4 volts or higher. Internal resistance 25-50 mohms vs the 120mohms for the 2500mah cells. Now if they made a graphene version we would have something ....hummm. They came packed in their own cardboard box with instructions!

Ok, I bought a couple of these to see if they are any good and threw them on the old Turbo35 @ 10amp then 20amp discharge rates, 2.75V cutoff to get some factual numbers. At 10Amps cell temperature was 'comfortably warm', at 20Amps cell temperature was what I shall call 'un-advisably hot' (yeah, I didn't measure temps, just by feel)
Cell 1:
@10Amp, 1930mAh, 20.3mOhm, 3.45aV.
@20Amp, 1988mAh, 17.0mOhm, 3.26aV.
Cell 2:
@10Amp, 1911mAh, 20.9mOhm, 3.43aV.
@20Amp, 1966mAh, 17.9mOhm, 3.23aV.
For the price I'm happy with the numbers I got.
