Product Description

TURNIGY XK motors are without question one of the best motors on the market today. It all starts in our very own factory where we install precision bearings, correctly rated magnets, balanced rotors, tool-steel shafts and stators that are wound by hand. We rigorously test each and every component at 14 critical points during construction, testing everything from materials all the way through to final performance tests.

Because we design and build these motors completely in-house we control the production and ensure product consistency from design right through to shipping. We removed the middle-man to bring you factory prices while not sacrificing quality or performance.

This motor is nice, but I think it's a little too small for my 1/18 ECX Ruckus in which I've installed it in along with a TrackStar 30A ESC. I even dropped down from a 14T to a 12T pinion thinking it'll push the MT faster. There's a little cogging, but it doesn't affect the performance any. The motor is strong enough to push the truck through grass that is as tall as the truck. It is amazingly stronger since installing it. I believe all I have to do is fine tune the ESC to give it what I want. I did order a larger motor that is pulling more amps to see what it'll do.
