    With my preferred LiPo battery brand almost impossible to source I switched over to using HK Zippy brand (both 4S & 3S).
    The Zippy brand perform well and operate close to their rated capacity with (to date) no signs of puffing or distortion even when pushed to their rated limits.
    Definitely a good buy and very economical as well.

    Good results from new LiPo 4S 2200mah batteries

    Bought two Zippy Compact 4S 2200mah LiPo batteries from the EU Warehouse for delivery to my address in the UK. Delivery time was good and postal charges reasonable. No problem with UK Customs & Excise either. On arrival the batteries were on 'Storage Charge'. They took a full charge well and all cells were good and balanced. During their first flight both LiPo's performed well and the balance of the cells was good at the end of the flight. I have purchased these specification of LiPo's from HobbyKing before and they have always performed well. I have some around 4 years old and their internal resistance is still good and their performance is still excellent.

    Not the best but worth the money

    Zippy compact are good batteries, but they cant handle the 40 C discharge value like most lipos from China. At 20c continues discharge they get a little too hot, thats also the limit before voltage drops fast. Overall not a bad battery, if you stay under high discharge rates it's good for many flights and has a long battery life.
