    PLA:
    PLA has a lower melting point and prints easier than other materials. One of the most important features is that PLA is non-toxic, and even has a sweet smell when printing. PLA has a low shrinkage rate and it is very rigid with minimal flex. This material can print extremely high resolution models and is perfect for a wide range of uses. PLA is considered stronger than ABS but is more susceptible to cracking when flexing, impact or torsional loads so the mechanical needs of the print project has to be evaluated.

    PLA has a huge range of vibrant colors and opacity for that perfect look whether it is artistic or utilitarian, in short a great material for 3D printing. PLA can be printed without the use of a heat bead, and can stick to glass or a PCB plate with a binder such as hairspray or white glue for a curl free print.

    Yes, the glow effect is poor, also it's not blue, the glow is green.
    However, so far, it's the best "Silver" I got, nothing compared to all the other silvers, which are a all gray. Not this one, it has a the shiny effect of silver, and gets full points from me.

    Plastic itself is fine. Prints well what gets me is the description. I was expecting something which was actually blue and not sure what luminous is meant to be but was assuming either semi-transparent or glow in the dark but it is neither of those. Its at best a slightly transparent grey and before you ask I am pretty sure I am not colour blind :P.

    Bought a bunch of PLA from Hobbyking a few months back. All but this luminous blue worked great. The luminous blue is not very luminous (almost not at all) and the print results vary extremely between prints. It works but is quite underwhelming.
