I got this Tx module for my Hitec Eclipse7. The module and antenna comes in an anti-static bag, with no instructions. I highly recommend downloading the manual from the "Files" tab above, as it covers both the Tx modules and all the Rx in this range. It may take a few readings to understand the manual. Eventually I managed to bind the Rx I got with this, in the correct mode so that the BL motor could be controlled. Do pay attention to the DIP switch settings (detailed in the manual) when binding with an Rx, for the reason I just mentioned. I have yet to understand the other features under that clear plastic window though. An interesting note is that the antenna connection is the same as that on a Spektrum DSM2 module, and I was able to connect the Spektrum antenna to this module and control the Rx. Have not range-tested this setup yet but I think it will work OK.
