Billed as the ultimate build surface for your 3D printer, Polyetherimide (PEI) is a virtually maintenance free platform on which to turn your designs into reality.
The PEI sheet is suited to use with ABS (heated bed,) PLA (heated or non-heated,) PVA or HIPS and requires no support rafts as parts adhere directly to the surface without a problem. It is an amorphous high-performance polymer with high mechanical efficiency and excellent thermal resistance, chemical stability, high dimensional stability and creep strength.
PEI doesn’t require any prepping before each print apart from an occasional wipe with some 75~90% isopropyl alcohol to remove finger prints. The sheet is self-adhesive for convenience and is easily cut to size by scoring with a sharp knife then bending.

Not to be used with too high heat bed i.e like 80-90deg as would be used for ABS as the 3m adhesive comes away from the PEI sheetI had several adhesive issues with my prints. PETG and PLA always warped.
After applying this PEI-sheet to my print bed the problems diappeard :)
I use a heat-PCB with a mirror on it.
