Put on a Kyosho soarus glider with a 9 x 5 prop and 3s battery. Was a little underpowered and ran really warm. After about the 5th flight it was toasted. The mount that came with mine was wood.

Got 4 motors. Very good! Powerful, cheap, reliable. Good weight-performance ratio. Of the drawbacks: before first flight check as tightened the bolts securing the shaft. Shaft pressed very tight and a groove for the bolt does not correspond to the hole. You can still remove the extra Thrust washers btw. Overall im very satisfied.

Very good motor. Runs warm at full throttle propped with 10x6 folding prop.

Very ideal and suitable replacement for the Phoenix 2000 epo glider. Take note only 2 screw holes would fit, but that's enough for me.

Highly recommended especially the low price.

Engine very good. Equivalent to the KD A22-15. I put on my glider 1.80 m and was perfect.

Just received this motor today.

It's well made and appears good quality.

I had to reverse thes shaft, which was a pain, but a vice makes this procedure alot easier.

As has been already stated, the wires are very thin so only time will tell if they can take the current??

I'll have to solder on the 3.5mm gold male connectors. Although the exposed wire does not appear to be "varnished" so soldering should be fine.

The mount fits the motor accurately.

I'll run the motor up and added the data to this log.

So far, so good!

Got four of these to use on my tri copter. Had to reverse the shafts, easy task ! Using 9x5 3 blade props and 30 amp ESC's. Motor has a bland look, all four motors vibrate without props to the point of rendering the kk board useless . Tried balancing the bell but cannot completely get the vibration out. Bell has a radial imbalance which is due to manufacture and machining . Almost useless for my intentions. Might make a good paperweight or a desk fan..... I should have bought a good brand name motor and get a good warranty and fast cheap shipping... ( IN DAYS NOT WEEKS )

I received my motor it looks very nice & the craftsmanship is better than i expected.Like others have said the wires are a tad thin for my taste. But you will be glad to know Hobby King staff is listening to our feedback. The motor mount issue has been resolved at least mine fit perfectly. Over all a great motor especially for the price I dont know how they do it , but HK keep up the great work. This motor is perfect for most parkflyer foamies .If the wires were a bit bigger it would get a 5 out of 5 score .I would buy this motor again & also recommend it .

au depart bonnes caracteristiques MAIS:les roulements ont deja beaucoup de jeu, le cylindre ne tourne pas rond mais les aimants sont tres bien cales et en 3S avec une 17/10 il consomme 30A et pue le brule avec une 9/6 11A.
si il etait de bonne qualite....5 stars!!!
