The popular Naze32 is here! Initially designed for use with small to mid-sized multirotor craft, it has become the go-to controller for a host of Multirotor projects and propheads.

The infamous Hamasaki AKA “timecop” was not happy with the limitations and performance an 8-bit MCU could deliver on current FC platforms, so he set out to make a flight controller that could take just about any demands a developer could throw at it, and thus was born the Naze32. At the heart of the Naze32 is a 32bit ST micro work horse of a processer, with untapped memory and cpu power and a host of equally impressive sensors. The Naze is also matched up with some of the nicest GUI programs and features to get the most out of your configuration.

The Naze32 comes as the most complete Acro Version yet, with both strait and 90deg pins for your preference and a matched break out harness.

The HobbyKing version is fully authorized and royalties are paid to the developer on each Naze32 sold.

Features:
• Flexible motor outputs, support various airframe types:
Quad/Hexa/Tri/Bi/Y4/Y6/Octo/Camera Gimbal. (Default is Quad-X)
• Up to 8 ch RC input - supports standard receivers (PWM), PPM Sum receiver (FrSky, etc), or Spektrum satellite receivers.
• Built in FrSky telemetry inverter (shared w/main port)
• Battery voltage monitoring
• Modern 32-bit processor running at 3.3V/72MHz (STM32F103CB).
• Onboard MicroUSB for setup and configuration
• LEDs so bright, they could blind you
• MultiWii-based configuration software for easy setup

Great starting point

Jan 11, 2019

I used this as a cheap first starting point for my first quad. I had some difficulties with the configurations with cleanflight and had to short the boot pins, but now everything works. Still figuring out the PID tuning, but that'll do too.
With only 2 UARTs I used the second one for a bluetooth dongle, so I couldnt use it for SBUS hookup of the receiver. I might change that, since with the bluetooth dongle (and the comment under the video of Project BlueFalcon on youtube), no USB connection is needed anymore.
Great thing to start, after a while some minor drawbacks can be seen, but altogether a very useful first flight controller. Highly recommend

Great flight controller.
Works just fine, great price and easy to program. Very happy with this FC, no problems so far, I run Cleanflight on it with pwm, but no problems, works as expected!

Great Flight Controler!

I had a cc3d atom before, i flashed both of them to cleanflight and flew them in the same copter, so i could compare them. At first I noticed, that the naze32 semms to work a lot faster! It connects much faster to my cleanflight software than my cc3d did before. I haven`t flown it for that long, but until know I could really recomend it! There had just been a little issue with setting it up, because my channel 1 was not the channel 1 in cleanflight and so on with the other channels, but I had that issue with my cc3d before too, so Iam not sure if it?s not cleanflight?s fault.

All in all pretty nice product.

Epic control board. I previously have had two kk2 boards and haven't been happy with them and had to get refund from hobby king twice and had great customer service. I then bought this board having seen that flite test uses this board. Has great control and better programming than kk2. For me it was very easy to use after watching flite test's setup videos stuff. The auto level isn't yet setup perfectly but the manual mode is good enough and very stable. Well worth buying and a great little fight control board.
