I can't understand the 5 crown ratings given so far, and they made me buy this mount.
It looks good is light, but not strong...
Used one on a bixler with a 100g motor and on a radjet 800 with a 80g motor. Both mounts bent after a normal landing just from the weight of the motor. As you can see on the pic above, there is no counter triangle in the joining of motor-plate and stick-holding. And for sure this is the weakest part of the whole mount. Easy to bend by hand, still using them as they still didn't break after several re-adjustments after each landing...
Very dissappointing. Sure 2$ is not much but I'd rather pay 5-10$ for a strong long lasting mount, this one will break very soon.

Take care not to stress this mount. The 90 deg joint will crack and break as the alloy is cast.

This mount is best only used with light motors and should be regarded as on par with a good plastic mount only in terms of strength.

take a good look at the picture (mount with 10mm measurement). you see the 2 holes that are next to the weld that the bolts or screws go through?! the holes are drilled too close to the welded angle which makes it difficult to torque the bolt down. the bolt head will be elevated resting on the angle of the mount. it is very poorly drilled and quality is bad. it will still work but really looks bad and sloppy. use loctite!! i bought the black mounts and they work extremely well. drilled holes are spaced properly apart. up to YOU!

Awesome stick mount, quality build, rigid, and I've mounted an EDF motor on mine to push a 5x5 prop - should be a screamer!

Looks strong. They included longer screws that in the picture and the main part has threads. Very good.

It broken from the bend at first usage. Not strong enough!! I strongly recommend you to strengthen it at the bend, before use...
