J'ai pris ce trépied pour faire une station au sol pour le FPV. Léger et bien conçu, il permet de nombreux réglages et se verrouille bien.

What a cracker of a tripod!

Jun 20, 2019

I ordered one of these as a gift for my father, who is just getting back into photography a bit. Also picked up a BT-30 to go on top. I think the bill for this was little more than AUD50 all up. I have had lower end tripods from department stores, Slik, and Manfrotto, and I think this is much better than any of those. This Cambofoto gear doesn't approach the quality of the Sirui gear I own (two tripods and a monopod). However, this Cambofoto tripod cost me half of what I paid for the cheapest of those (a used Sirui tripod), and so, I say it represents fantastic value.
To compare, the angle and height locks are all just a little rougher than the Sirui. The Cambofoto also feels much heavier than either my Sirui R-1004 or T-004SK, but seems to sit between the two in size. There is a hook on the bottom of the column, and I expect that the whole unit should take quite a bit of weight. So...probably not the best option for hiking/backpacking, but definitely nice for all other use!
It comes with a lovely case as well, which feels solid and well made.
All of the Cambofoto gear I bought from HobbyKing seems to have been warehoused for some time (ie...the boxes are a bit grubby, and even some of the internal packaging was dusty). Not sure where HobbyKing picked these up, but if you find these on sale as I did, don't hesitate - just do it!
