V1, V2, FHSS, DSSS

Corona created a great confusion by bringing out 4 different versions at the same time. They should have waited to bring out the final product until it is completely tested and perfected. Hobby City product review and discussion on V2 FHSS is negative. I hear many complaints voiced about glitches. I hesitate to by V2 FHSS. There is also confusion about V1 whether it is FHSS or DSSS. Corona told me it was FHSS but Hobby City is

Every body says FHSS receiver does not bind with V1 TX module. The receiver does not work at all.

No binding light. Dead.

I bought 2 additional receivers, FHSS, to be used with the original TX module. V1.

These new receivers look different from the original V1 receiver. I wonder if they sent me the correct version.

Anyway, these two receivers, both, do not operate. While pushing the binding button, I connected it to battery. The receiver does not light. No action at all. Dead. Did they change the binding procedure for new receiver?
