What is S.BUS?
Different from conventional radio control systems the
S.BUS system uses data communication to transmit control signals from a receiver to a servo, gyro, or other S.BUS compatible device. This data includes commands such as “move the channel 3 servo to 15 degrees, move the channel 5 servo to 30 degrees” to multiple devices. The S.BUS devices execute only those commands for their own set channel. For this reason, it can be used by connecting multiple servos to the same signal line.

[Operation by conventional radio control]
An S.BUS servo connected to a conventional receiver operates as a conventional servo.

  • Servo Torque(kg)(min. 0.01kg) 4.50
  • Servo Speed (Sec/60deg) 0.11
  • Servo A(mm) 38.00
  • Servo B(mm) 33.00
  • Servo C(mm) 34.00
  • Servo D(mm) 17.00
  • Servo E(mm) 45.00
  • Servo F(mm) 25.00

Brittle Case

Mar 16, 2017

The mounting ears break off much too easily. Don't know what kind of plastic Corona uses but it's so brittle. The arms are a total joke. The gear train has the normal slop. The speed and torque are decent. The electronics being SBUS is the only saving grace for this servo.

Quality of manufacture the good.
Inside metal gears and two ball-bearings.
For programming I used the Futaba CUI-2 interface and Futaba PC Link software.
Everything works perfectly.
