I still use my old 72mhz gear but needed another receiver. Bought this as it seemed to suit my needs. Tried to bind it with my Futaba 4 channel transmitter first with not much luck. Rx would occasionally find tx signal but would never lock. After trying for over 2 hrs, I abandoned the Futaba tx and tried with my Hitec tx. Receiver found the signal instantly, and got signal lock on first attempt. Still need to do a proper range check but I'm confident it will pass the test.

what a complete load of rubbish................... every time one switches on, the end points and the lengths of travel or both have changed. THIS IS NOT A PRECISION INSTRUMENT Don't wast your money on this

I have a HiTech Flash4 radio with 5 model memory. I was unable to get compatible receivers for this radio, so based on some reading and a suggestion on a forum I went with this. I ordered 2 since the price was low, and the shipping was the same as on 1. I have installed the first in my old sailplane, and it tests out perfectly. I am just waiting for good weather to fly it. The second unit also tests out perfectly. It will be going into a powered airplane soon. It is nice to get extra life out of this older, but not very old equipment without spending hundreds on a new transmitter.

This is a wonderful receiver with long range and good accuracy. Setting up is a bit bumpy, But once you press scan button you will eventually succeed. Don't forget to take the prop off during set up. I highly recommend this Rx.

Nice little receiver, lightweight and synced with no problems with both my JR F400 and XF631. I like it!

This receiver's range is about 20 feet without glitching. Beyond that my heli gets twitchy. Also the setup instructions in the manual are not correct or clear. I got it bound to my transmitter (a Futaba 7C) but it did not go down like the instructions say so.

This is going into the trash.

So far Im a little dissapointed with this . No problem ( other than a bit of head scratching ) syncing , even got the fail safe set , but range is poor . Starts glitching at about 15 meters ,which is less than half my old cristal recievers . ( and its bad glitching , not just an occasional flick ) .May be okay in the foamy that its in ,( only flown close in so far ) but not very confidence inspiring .Think I might consider 2.4
