FUN-RC introduces the Dart 250 Mini H Drone, Packed with features that matches any mini on the market and yet retains a Fun price tag.

The Dart… Series from Fun-RC packs some great features, design, durability, great looks and yet won’t break the bank. The frames come with a clean and dirty vibration isolation system, designed to give the camera and flight controller a nice smooth ride. The vibration thimbles have hardware that keeps them attached in the event of a Crash. The Dart also has a built in Power distribution System that mounts the ESC's, as well has direct mounting for XT60/T-connectors, Integrated LED orientation head lights and aux outputs for A/V and the FC! The Frame has CNC cut channels for routing the wiring through the frame, making this one of the cleanest installs a mini can have. They include polished and anodized frame hardware and even motor mounting hardware. The motor arms are a nice beefy 5mm thick for crash free damage, and yet made light in all the right places. The dart also has camera mounting options for FPV and HD, mounted forward and away from prop view.

If you compare the Dart to the competition the only think that is less is the price tag.

Money would have been better spent elsewhere

Very flimsy. I recommend spending a little more for a much better frame.
The first and last crash (likely coinciding with one another) should be entertaining!

Good frame but it's too weak for racing and not very good for beginners like I. First crash and it's useles. But it was nice and fun to build and flies great. I liked that dirt and clean instal.

OK here is the deal i got 3 of these when they came on sale for less then the full price and i still think i paid too much. The arms can not stand up to much of a crash and the frame will break as well in not much of a crash. The only thing this would be good for is simple fpv of someone who already knows how to fly and wont crash. No FPV racing here guys it just wont stand up to it. The frame is light and power distribution is good but the screws are 2mm or something and have a shallow hex hole so tightening them down can be a pain. This is not the drone you are looking for guys HK has much better options for the same or less.
PS lost fpv on first real flight came down on soft grass hard but not anything crazy and broke 3 arms.

cute and tiny quad, packaging is so small its like a watch case. thin arms I don't think they love crashes, lets see how long will it take to destroy this lol

Really good design. Lower cage is stiff and robust, upper cage is more flimsy, but survived the crash which broke all 4 motor arms. Lots of space for FPV etc. Flies good with cc3d atom (version in protective case from HK)

Plastic screws were replaced with cable ties almost on day one.
For the price it is probably wise to buy second kit to be used as spares but people like to upgrade something they build with their own hands more than build another one :).
Will be great if upgrade parts will be available for the kit - CF plates, CF or aluminum motor arms etc.

Good little frame. Arrived with all needed screws. rigidity is very good once correctly assembled. Arms seem strange, a kind of solid plastic or resin. Obviously, it is the weak part of this Racer. let's see when I will get its new RX.

Anyway, the conception Clean/Dirty is very good, The whole FC platin on silent blocks helps a lot to improve smoothness. smart ! You can set up whatever you want or you need inside : FPV gear, Osd, GPS, Baro, Mag, Lipo alarm, ... nothing should be damaged in case of crash !

I am using this frame and I have crashed it several times. It is quite surprising that the main body can absorb some significant impact. One of those crashes was an intended roll flip which ended up as a half circle and plunged to the ground. The main frame survived, it's the arms that always breaks, most of the time you can just super glue it back together, that is if you are lucky enough not to shatter it into pieces and it's unfortunate that hobby king is currently out of stock for the replacement arms. but all in all, this frame is a lot of fun...

I bought this as my first quad. I'm no "pro" by any stretch of the imagination, so I am still learning as I go. At first I was a bit hesitant because each of the black frame pieces seemed to be flimsy...although, once I got it built and everything tightened up, the frame is actually quite solid and rigid. I'll be eager to get the electronics installed and get flying. For the money....I'd say its a great frame.
