some nice retracts, works fine, but to light for .46 sized models, have them mounted under a smaller model atm, hope they will upgrade this product for larger and heavyer models,

Digital Servoless Adjustable Landing Gear set

The box contain 2 main retracts with adjustable struts. Each strut can be height adjusted and have a damping feature based on a coil spring. You must take under consideration that the shorter the strut is the harder damping will be.



The rubber tires are soft. In my opinion to soft for planes more then 1.5 kg. even dough, the soft tires give some additional damping.



The folding mechanism is well installed in the retract unit with the motor, gear and tow micro switches. One for each mode-up or down. Heaving tow micro switches give you the benefit of full and complete operation of each retract individually. In order to a chive this feature you have the controller unit. The unit has 4 connectors. One for each retract (2 main and one rotating front wheel) and an optional power supply.



Based on my experience with this 2 mains retract set and a previous 3 retracts set I bought from a different source I can tell that the system works fine. The installation is easy the operation is amazing and very scale. The main problem is the internal plastic gears. They are bad. Not strong enough and will brake\scratch one of the teeth with no time if you dont take extra care of not obstacle the function of each one of the retracts.

Did not build it into airplane yet...

Tested it with RX battery and receiver.

One unit got stuck after a few in/out attempts.

Has recovered after a while....

Would like to see option to buy seperate front wheel...

This gear is the best,Its space saving size is perfect for any project.The savings from hobby king pluss the savings of not using added servos makes this the perfect gear.I hope this product becomes available for 60-90 size next.

thay might look good and work great {but very week} on the first landing thay can both go in the bin now...maybe ok on very very light planes..

Quality Looks very Good,want put it in my Spitfire from Ripmax i think this is a hard Work but than its look nice and work smooth SCALE !!!!!
