The Do 335 Pfiel (Arrow) was one of many brilliant German designs that simply came too late in WW2 to make an impact, it was fast enough to be capable of outrunning RAF Tempests in the only recorded engagement of the war by allied fighters, the factory was over-run by US forces in 1945 by which time a mere handfull had been completed.

This brilliantly different and fun model is made from tough EPO foam and features a heavily braced wing, being plug and fly, the twin brushless outrunner motors in a push/pull arrangement, ESC''s and servo''s are all pre-installed, assembly is fast and simple and the wing is removable for easy transportation.

The flight performance of the Do335 is just brilliant, it is suprisingly fast and aerobatic, the noise from the twin motors just adds to the effect. The nosewheel is steerable and the Pfiel has full four channel control, this is a geat performing model of one of WW2''s most fascinating piston engined aircraft, it''s as cheap as chips and flies brilliantly, a must for Parkflier Warbird fans!

Nice plane, pretty well built, stable in flight. I didnt buy mine with the TX and had to swap control wires on servos as one elevator & the rudder were working together! It also mean I had to disconnect the front steering & permanently fix it straight. One problem is the front motor shaft has thread bared itself after a couple of flights. It a 28mm outrunner as on above info, but I have no idea kv/amps to replace. I cant see it in HK outrunners. Anyone help please?

Plane looks different , regarding to the foam and paint .... like a type of toy to assemble in 30 min .... but very fun to fly. I recommend a 3S battery 2200 mah , and youll have to put weight on the nose to reach the CG. Attention : landing gears are weak. After the first fly I had to glue again the front arm ( put two screws and epoxi ). It does aerobatic fly but in my opinion , its not possible to put retracts.
