reassembled a damaged and fried Dr. madthrust with this impeller and a 2200kv Dr. Madthrust inrunner. With a 3300mah Zippy compact 40c 6s pack I was pulling 70amps and around 1590watts IN THE PLANE (FW YAK-130 70mm)this is a solid blade, fits my mig 15 70mm edf plant, looks well made and spun all balanced, havent flown yet but ground tests are positive.very very good edf 10 bladepor fin e podido probar la edf a la le falto no da la potencia que marca 1200w pero casiGood quality fan .... well balanced
BUT I bought this as replacement for broken sportjet 70 fan ...
motor cant handle the extra blades .... it works but low on power and motor gets very hot ...
So if looking for replacement for sportjet 70 go for 7 bladed one !
Bought this as a relacement for a broken CS 10 fan. Has exactly the same dimensions with one exception: To fit fit the spinner you have to remove a little bit of the edges. My Rotor was really out of balance but this is a minor problem to fix. Had to ad a little bit of epoxy putty on one side. Runs perfect now.
Please include technical information and any useful daFits perfectly in the CS70 housing. Will buy more for spare...These are a great rotor - nicely balanced and the sound is brilliant - definately closer to the turbine whine that we all want to emulate and alot nicer on the ear than the scream of the conventional rotor. You have to lower the KV of the motor if changing between these and the screamers though as these will pull more amps!i bought this for my edf 70mm fans. it is good to have all different number of propellers for your fans .
