Had to to do a little filing to allow the tailwheel to spin freely. But once done, works and looks good.

Well the original one broke kind of easily, so hard to give the spare a stellar rating. Was glad they at least had it. A tail wheel assembly made of plastic like this though is probably not a great idea...

Concuerdo con la persona que colocó por si acaso

Se me rompió en un aterrizaje, lo pegué con la gotita. No he vuelto a volarlo. Lo que he hecho con el durafly spitfire y Me 109 (ambos) es tener repuesto para el futuro, sobretodo hélices, y otros. Me hecho stock de varios repuestos. Hay que considerar la posibilidad de tener un pésimo día.

Feeble tail wheel

This part is not very durable. I've had some rough landings, but none that I would expect to break the gear.
The plastic surrounding the wheel is weak. I used epoxy to repair the original and ordered a replacement. The replacement came with a bent metal shaft and the foam tire rubbing on the plastic. I know from experience that this plane cannot maneuver on the ground if the tail wheel doesn't role freely. My repair is better than the replacement, so I'm sticking with it for now. HK is sending another. Hope it's in better shape.
Manufacturers should not cut corners on quality. The rest of the plane seems pretty good.

Repuesto del tren de cola, por si acaso. Merece la pena prevenir, y comprar este tipo de repuestos ahora que están disponibles, porque en el futuro vete a saber si existirán o no...
