The F-86 Sabre was the first US swept wing jet fighter and found fame in the 1950s Korean conflict. The main adversary of the Sabre was the Mig 15, which was superior to the Sabre in terms zoom rate and armament, despite this, the kill ratio in the Korean conflict was 10:1 in favour of the Sabre courtesy of a superb aircraft combined with experienced and aggressive WW2 veteran fighter pilots.

This superb model really looks the part, pre-painted with plenty of molded panel line detail, this Sabre is a really nice representation of one of the most famous Cold War jet fighters and there is even a full scale cockpit and pilot available to add that final finishing touch*

Small enough to bungee launch, the under-side has been left complete so no unsightly under-carriage holes to spoil the look or you can fit the supplied fixed gear with a few minutes effort , experienced modelers could fit retracts with a bit of work. The supplied 90mm fan unit has huge potential and there is no doubt, speed will not be an issue. The pre-fitted flaps will keep landing speeds sensible and when you put together the scale looks, speed, amazing flight performance and practicality of this Sabre, this is a model that truly gives the RC jet pilot the best of all worlds.

Maiden mine last week, nice model for value! Changesun 5 blade 1900 kv motor, 2 x 3s 3300 flightpower, bungee lunch, i install cockpit and pilot...perfect balance at 170 mm, no added weight. I change the wing and elevator original film with oralight. It's enough fast, really nice in the air, easy landing. Good model for the value, good job HK!

Just received mine. Certainly could use an assembly manual with at least a suggestion where the CG is. THE duct takes up alot of space where I think the batteries need to go, then again no help without a build manual. I've bought from HK 90 amp ESC and BEC to attach to the suggested warhead motor - looks like a good setup but stll dont know how to power it, also bought DSR46TW retracts to install that also looks like a challenge, may have to put the smaller ChangeSun 30 class retracts. Try to get total weight down to 2.5 KG using 7 Turnigy metal gear servos. 3 tgy90s and 4 tgy375dgm.

Super fein gearbeitetes Flugzeug. Ich wrde jeden empfehlen das Cockpit und den Piloten dazubestellen, damit der Schwerpunkt besser passt. From Wing Root LE to CG = 17,5 bis 18,4 cm.
