    Product Description

    The Goteck range of digital high torque standard size servos are up there amongst some of the best for quality and reliability at a price that offers excellent value for money. The top and bottom cases are made from a high strength fiber reinforced nylon and the center case is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, this acts as a very good heatsink for the motor and amplifier.

    The HB1621S offers a metal geared, high voltage digital servo with a brushless motor that has exceptional torque and a blistering speed. Ideal for all types of models where very high specs in a standard size case are required. This servo is very happy to operate on 6~7.4v making it ideal to run directly from a 2s lipoly battery.

    Quiet and reasonably fast, good value.

    Just got these servos the other day. So far I've only connected them to my servo tester to check functionality of each servo. All did well on the servo tester. Very precise, tight and smooth gears. (Probably a bigger concern for me than the torque or speed.)
    I did notice that the torque is not as high as advertised, but still good and at least 13-15Kg. I also observed that while these are a very fast servo, they are not as fast as advertised. I compared the travel speed with some higher-end servos that are rated at 0.08 sec/60deg at 7.4v and these HB1621S servos could not quite keep up.
    One other point: I placed one of the servos on my gram scale and found that these weigh 63 grams each, not the advertised 53 grams. So for the six of these I bought for my 3D airplane that will be and extra 60 grams (about 2.1 ounces, US) for the airplane to carry.
    They are however very quiet, strong enough, and fairly fast. If they can hold up for a year or two of 3D flying I'll be very happy with them.

    These servos weigh 67.5g, not just 53g how advertised, very fast, but both I bought sometimes fail at the right end point when testing using a Hitec Servo Tester.
    I am going to install them at the Edge 540 25pcnt elevators, then I will post if everything gone well.

    Fast and precise servo. The case is made with high quality. There are sealing rings of rubber, including the output shaft and the lower screws. It's not the quietest servo - nevertheless sound indicates that the gear is made with high quality. If it is run for one season at 1/8 on-road and will not create problems - money well spent
