great addition

Aug 14, 2022

Great addition to my tundra but the servo lead is way to short. I had to purchase an extension to have it reach the receiver.

Parachute Drop

May 11, 2022

This is a nice, self-contained parachute dropper. It holds 2 or 3 parachutes that I buy on Amazon for $1.30 each. No problem if they float away. The dropper is made of lightweight plastic. The mechanism can and does break easily. I keep a spare, just in case.

Works as you would expect

Flimsy, of course , to keep weight down, works as advertised. Still pissed about spares for everything in Hongkong and the ridiculous postage. I have a parcel that's been sitting in Singapore for over a month!

H-King candy dropper

Jun 20, 2021

These are an ingenious module that very literally attaches (screws supplied) to the bottom of your model. Run the servo lead to an auxiliary channel and your model is a candy (paratrooper, flour "fire extinguisher", etc.) bomber !! Ready to go !!!

Larger than I thought, will hold a lot, lightweight, easy to mount

Apr 30, 2021

These candy dropper modules (I bought two) are larger than I thought they'd be so they'll hold a lot. You will need to be able to adjust the servo travel on both ends because as delivered the servo jams against the stops, which will quickly burn out the servo if not corrected. This is with a Spektrum radio system anyway. I do recommend these because they are inexpensive, hold a lot, and are easy to mount. I'd be hard pressed to build them myself for the same cost.

great product

Apr 19, 2021

Good product fits with 2 metric threaded scews. comes with a pice of foam board to take up the shape of bace allows you to screw straight onto a flat surface. It is quite bigger than I had expected. Can hold a lote of sweets. The only negative i waoud say is the servo for opening the hatch is a bit rough and does not always centre. The sevo gived off a servo binding chatter as if it could burn out quickly. I have tryed adjusting the servo ATV in my radio bit it always changes. I think its just a cheep servo. Good for the price.
