If you want an EDF that will fly fast then the H-King Flycat will meet your need for speed. This superbly designed plane is built to fly. Don’t worry about not seeing it as it zooms past with big bold colorful stickers to make it stand out in the sky.

The Flycat is made of strong EPO so it will take a few hard knocks. No need to worry about getting off on a runway as this is a brilliant hand launcher that is also easy to land. The pre-installed 70mm 12-Blade EDF runs on large 6S LiPo batteries for extreme power and lightning-fast speed and provides that super realistic sound that everyone likes on those high-speed passes. It also comes standard with metal-geared servos to ensure you complete all those extreme maneuvers.

It is an easy build as the tail boom and wings plugin. This also makes it easier to transport. The big battery hatch provides easy access to the electronics and a large battery. This is a fun flier for the intermediate to advanced pilot.

It’s time to get leaping into the sky and do some extreme flying with your H-King Flycat.

What can I say about this plane....OUTSTANDING!! Flies on rails with no trim required, assembly was very straightforward. Takes a 3300mAh 6s and gets 3:30mins flight time. She looks great in flight. For the money this is a very good plane.

Really good plane, I just wish it had a rudder for more fun ...

After 50+ flights still flies very well. It shows only very minor wear from landings on leading edges and bottom stickers (I recommend to apply clear tape on stressed parts of plane to prevent it)
Assembly was very fast and simple.
Flying characteristic is pretty good (for EDF) and it is quite predictable… It fly very stable if there is little wind, but it can get quite shaky, if flown in stronger wind (I tried in u to 10m/s with gusts and it was a bit uncomfortable, but still manageable). Plane needs some minor throttle-elevator mixing to enable full speed level passes without need for manual corrections.
According telemetry: It launches with 1600-1700W (70A) and max flying power is 1300-1400W (63A). I use Nano-Tech 70C 3Ah and 35C 3,3Ah both perform very well. Flying time is about 2:40 to 3:00 min of full throttle. Batteries are lukewarm after flight (but so far I only fly in cold temperatures bellow 10°C)
I do not recommend Turnigy 30C 3Ah, because they swell a lot and they are quite hot after flight
Launching plane with smaller hands is challenging. I am only able throw it overhand, which requires quite a toss especially in no wind, otherwise plane will drop wing and…. Therefore I use Frsky S6R Autolevel (Safe mode) for hand launching and it saved all my poor throws so far
Landing is OK on 80 meters grass landing filed. I would not risk shorter field, because on no wind condition landings are quite long (spoilerons may help to shorten it a little)
Overall really good plane for EDF “beginners”, but I highly recommend either underhand throwing, and/or to use receiver with autolevel (safe) mode.

Nice plane, relatively well finished, but not practical at all to launch. The first test ended up on the nose. I am considering a catapult test

Ganz toller Impeller Jet... Fliegt absolut gutmütig und wie auf Schienen, reißt nicht ab, toller Sound, schnell aber trotzdem gut zu landen...
Tolle Entwicklung und sein Geld definitiv Wert...
