    Product Description

    The H550 V3 is a well thought out 550mm hexcopter frame built from quality materials. The main frame is glass fiber while the arms are constructed from ultra durable polyamide nylon.

    This version 3 of the H550 features integrated PCB connections for direct soldering of your ESCs. This eliminates the need for a power distribution board or messy multi-connectors keeping your electronics layout very tidy. V3 also comes with stronger molded arms over V1 and V2, so no more arm breakage at the motor mount on a hard landing.

    Assembly is a breeze with pre-threaded brass sleeves for all of the frame bolts, so no lock-nuts are required. It utilizes one size of bolt for the entire build, making the hardware very easy to keep in order and only requiring one size of hex wrench to assemble.

    The added lift capacity of a hex configuration makes this frame ideal for carrying larger payloads such as camera systems and other electronic components. This makes for an exceptional camera rig or simply a very agile and powerful multi-rotor frame for aerobatics!

    The H550 also features colored arms (3 white and 3 red) which are great for orientation. It helps to keep you flying the right direction without the need for different colored props.

    We offer a full line of multi-rotor electronics such as multi-rotor control board, ESC & motors. It has never been easier or more affordable to get a quad in the air!

    This has been my go to copter for my aerial video needs for quite a while. Very sturdy, plenty of room for equipment and will accommodate a wide variety of motors. I couldn't ask for a better frame for my basic needs.

    For the price of this frame it is brilliant, PDB and a clean finish, I will be putting the DJI E300 Tuned system on it with a Naza V2.
    Do not expect fantastic strength in a crash, however its so cheap and easy to assemble, you can just by a few frames!
    I would recommend this for someone looking to use a cheap DJI F550 clone project!.

    Also this is a great option if you fly a model with the DJI Flamewheel arms such as a TBS Discovery or F450 quad, as the spare arms are surprisingly strong considering the price.

    Great frame, strong, easy to set up. Only downside is that the socket heads strip out pretty easily. Go easy when tightening the screws

    Cheap and easy to construct hexacopter, I set mine up with no soldering or flashing and it flies perfectly - using Naza Lite GPS, Multistar 30A Esc unflashed, Turnigy Aerodrive 1000Kv, 10" props, Orange Rx T-Six Radio and Receiver, 6 x breakout cable instead of soldering.<iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/EgiRSzAX_HQ?list=UU0fHesdy5tJc0gyUyfVbk9Q" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

    Awsome hexa frame, great build quality and very cheap

    My setup:

    Motor: Turnigy D2836/9 950KV
    ESC: Afro 30Amp (SimonK firmware)
    Controller: Dji Naza-M V2
    Gimbal: Tarot T-2D for GoPro Hero 3
    Battery: Zippy compact 5000mAh 3s

    Flight time: 8-10min (14min without gimbal and camera)
