Added this to the handle of my Sanwa MX-V. Certainly makes the grip on the radio more secure. Only one end of the tape has adhesive in it, I suppose it'd make more sense if both ends did but the tape does stay in place as is.
Especially since it costs next to nothing, I definitely recommended for any car transmitted without a rubbery - or similar grip-facilitating material - handle.
