I learnt to fly with this heli and have been flying it for over a year on a very regular basis. I use only HK parts, batteries and radio. While learning I had some really rough landings and had to replace blades, tail boom and main gear but the rest is intact and working well. I'm not at 3D yet but do stall turns, figures eight etc. Still using original HXT900 servo's including on the tail but with a chinese weight modification that reduces the force on the tail servo dramatically. I had to get to grips with some tail binding but once understood that's no problem whatsoever. This is a great heli and is highly recommended for basic to intermediate flying. I will only be able to assess 3D ability once my skills get there. I am very satisfied indeed. Great job and Well Done HK!!

Good looking kit and Easy to assemble, Super stable hover, nice solid head. Flys much better than my Blade 400, hovers more stable too.

This is a great Little Helicopter...But! We have about 50 flights on it. The last while we have been having problems trying to get the blades to track. Turns out it was the feathering shaft dampers which are now way to soft. It may of been the grease on the feathering shaft attacking the rubber dampers. Replaced with Align parts and all is well. Hobby king needs to improve these parts.

Prmontage du modle de qualit, premier essai aucune vibration, il me semble plus stable que le TREX (1 seul vol) rapport qualit /prix excellent, a changer les biellettes de tracking non reglable.

This kit is not worth buying. The frame is Fibreglass. The pictures are showing Metal, I know it, whatever Jason says, the pictures are of metal but you will get a FibreGlass body with crude finish. There are no scrrew holes, there are slots and whch makes fixing the servos very difficult because the screws do not have a fixed plane. If there are holes, the screws get a thread to stay on. The battery tray, fin & stabelizer are the only parts in the kit which are metal. The gears are also of poor quality. If you compare the MT and GT, I will sugest that you go in for the GT, because you get all carbon fibre parts in the GT and blades and an ugly canopy. If you addon those costs with this kit, it will be way to expensive. If you want to save your money... go in for ALIGN original or HK450GT... this kit is S*H*I*T

Heli is a fiber frame not CF but the CNC aluminum seem great. I had a stripped allen screw in the flybar holder. So the quality is great but go over everything pre-assembled. This $36 dollar kit is about the same quality I paid over $300 for a name brand 450 heli a few years back.

Great Heli for the price. It does have some problems. It doe snot come with a canopy, the tail shaft was bent on one, the tail piece was machined wrong and I had to drill new holes to make it line up. The head and tail are great looking though and it is still worth the money. I just wish that I did not have to fix brand new parts as they come in.
