Gyro failure due to salted air. All soldering points was white from salt.
Try it to resolder all electronics. No go. A copper line is corroded as gyro is functional only if I bend it.
A bit annoying during configuration but from what I can say so far performs ok in my 250 size helicopter.
Hallo, dieses Teil ist totaler Schrott!
Es verliert stndig die Programmierung , speziell die Servowegeinstellung ist nicht dauerhaft hinzubekommen. Die Regelcharakteristig berzeugt mich am Boden auch berhaupt nicht. Ich werde meinen Heli nicht riskieren, fr den Preis ist eigentlich nichts
Vernnftiges zu erwarten. Der Versuch war es mir aus Interesse mal wert.
Fitted one of these to a 250GT and it works fine, even with just the one pad. Have another to fit on my 450 to try. It'll replace a HK401b which seems to pick and choose what to do with the tail!

Nice little gyro.
Rock solid gyro, got a few of them now and cant fault them.
A really good gyro, works very precise and has no drift. Mount it carefully using 2 pads and the metal plate between them, this gyro dont like vibrations.
I'm using this on my Esky Honey Bee King 2, 300 class 3D heli, I still have to try it but instructions are good
Puh, echt umstndlich Einzustellen, so ber die Funke. Mit nur zwei Info-LED's am Gyro selbst...

One of the best gyros i`ve ever used, i like them. Got 2 of them this time, one for a HK-450 GT, one for my new HK-600 GT. I like flybar helis and their reliable mechanic setup options. The GA-250 can confuse you when setting it up for the first time, but if you understand how to do it, it is easy to do. To my surprise, it has the 70 Hz setting for analog servos, so i decided to use this setting for my digital RotorStar tail servos. Even the servos could work up to 333 Hz, i prefer 70 Hz for longer lifetime. And trust me, there is no difference to the faster modes if you`re flying scale-like or do stunts like turns, loops and rolls. I suggest using the metal plate between the 2 pads coming with the gyro, the GA-250 don`t like a hard mounting to the heli frame. Don`t mount this gyro on a heli with bad vibrations from bad ball bearings, specially on tail or in the motor, your helis tail could go crazy. On a vibration-free heli this gyro can give you a rock-solid tail.
These things are tiny and very very good.
