I have had very good luck with this ESC, it has worked well for all my smaller scratch built planes. HOWEVER, I don't think the BEC is as advertised, i am experiencing brown outs when I have any more than 3 servos running off it. 4 TG9e servos with a orannge R615 receiver will not work. I have tried two different ESC's, two different RX and 8 different servos...same results. Cheap 40A ebay ESC powers the same RX and servos just fine.
Beware of this if you intend on running more than 3 servos off this setup. Other than that, good ESC for the $$$

looks good but where can I find what this unit is set to at default and how to program it?
I mistakenly bought this one instead of the card programming type but would like to know how to program it with my TX. Thanks Dave.

Got SS 25-30A ESC. Randomly shuts off the engine and twitch servomechanisms. Obviously defective product. How can I change?

Lately, these ESCs seemed to be flawed. I received two from different orders with several weeks in between, and both were defective. See description in "discussion"

Have been using this ESC for a couple of weeks in my Bixler 2 with a 3S 2200mah Lipo. No problems so far. Only issue is there is no battery/motor connections on this ESC. This is not clearly stated in the description. Other than that, a good ESC and great value.

Tiny esc for Depron profile airplanes, i use is on a 6mm Depron Diablo 3D, it work wery well with a Turnigy D2826 1400kv motor. Weigth right for small planes.

Poor quality. Maiden flight of new plane with this ESC and the BEC overheated causing it to shut down which meant no servos = no control so plane fell out of the sky. ESC got so hot it melted the heatshrink. Pretty annoyed as now have a banged up plane because of a cheap piece of electronics. Not worth the effort to pursue refund.
