Build your static model fleet with the 1/48 Scale Hurricane MK.I Plastic Model Kit. The Hawker Hurricane was the most widely used fighter by the British Royal Air Force at the beginning of World War II.

The Hurricane was powered by a Rolls-Royce Merlin 12-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with more than 1,000 HP that could reach speeds above 500 km/h. The 8 7.7 mm Browning machine guns guaranteed immense firepower. Although the Hurricane was slower and was quite antiquated with its aerodynamic design next to the now famous Spitfire, the Hurricane was more robust, cheaper and easier to maintain and repair. The hurricane contributed significantly to the victory of the RAF during the Battle of Britain.
