My friend purchased a zagi mini wing plug n fly from Hobby king together with this motor, you wont believe your eye if you see how fast it can be. he challenge other pylon with racing engine and no one can beat him. i would said zagi mini wing plug this motor = crazy combo. but recommended to use 40 C and above. 30 C seem unable to feed this monster well.

I got this motor and first thoughts is extremely heavy. Got it for my FJ. Had to add weight to nose with 3s 2200. Ran fine for a few test, no flights, then i opted for a lighter option. Put it another setup and it went berserk, End result .....trash can.

So far it seems perfect for my Funjet. With a 3S 3300 battery (not at peak) and a 5.5X4.5 APC prop it pulled 48A. With some airflow over the heat sink I don't think I'll have any overheating problems as long as I don't hold it open.
