really nice motor. using it in a pylon racer with a 4.75x4.75 TGS sport prop in a 36mm high precision alu spinner. Draws 70 amp out of a 2200 mah 3s 25-50C nano tech lipo

The motor is made from cheap soft metal. If you run it on 6s it gets very hot and blows up with ESC. But from the first sight it looks very good.

I bought one of these motors to put in a traxxas rustler on 2s with a castle speed controller with 4inch tyres and boy does it go , the motor has a 380 bolt pattern (I think) so I had to re drill the gearbox also it didn't have a flat on the shaft but I'm guessing it was not nessisarly intended for car duitys but runs very well and doesn't get very hot even though it cops a nonstop flogging

motor worked well in 1/10 scale off road truck application. Be sure to locktite the enbell to prevent backing off while running.

good motor for a nice price. runs smooth and performs well.

i put one of my 2 in a edf, and had to get rid of some cooling fins to make it fit. chopped off the half front of cooling fins in a lathe, and it fits into the minifan 480. doesnt appear to having any heat problems because of that.

Hi,

I used this motor (after removing the fins and adding a watercooling) in a Mono 1 boat on 7 cells NiMh - simply great. Power, temperature and all other things are perfect - highly recommended!
