Kingduino is an open-source electronics prototyping platform based on flexible, easy-to-use hardware and software. It's intended for artists, designers, hobbyists, and anyone interested in creating interactive objects or environments.

Kingduino can sense the environment by receiving input from a variety of sensors and can affect its surroundings by controlling lights, motors, and other actuators. The microcontroller on the board is programmed using the Kingduino programming language (based on Wiring) and the Kingduino development environment (based on Processing). Kingduino projects can be stand-alone or they can communicate with software running on a computer (e.g. Flash, Processing, MaxMSP).

The controller differs from all preceding boards in that it does not use the FTDI USB-to-serial driver chip. Instead, it features the ATmega328 programmed as a USB-to-serial converter.

Kingduino Uno is a microcontroller board with 14 digital input/output pins, six of which can be used as PWM outputs and six as analog outputs. The ATmega328 board comes with a power jack, reset button and USB cable
