    Must add 2 diodes in line to drop voltage from 5 down to 3volts for it to work correctly

    Great adressable led strip

    I just installed two of these on my quad. You read that correctly, two! The strip does not have a DOUT port, but after some searching i found out that if you use the bottom right leg of the rightmost led (orientation with connectors up) you can get the DOUT from there. Not five stars for quality because i feel this should this a design ommission. Love the brightness and the clever spacing of the leds though, makes mounting easy!

    really nice strip. easy to configure and the dual mode is just perfect. You can switch from the programmable version from cleanflight to the MCU mode for steady or flashing conditions in 2 seconds!!!
