The Ultimate won't stand up to any breeze with a 2S battery. It will fly into an 8 mph wind with the stock motor and a 3S battery. I put a bigger motor on it but I haven't tried it yet. It glides like a brick if you cut the throttle. The stock servos are very good, plenty of torque and range of movement. I glued a carbon rod on the bottom of the fuselage to make a landing skid to protect the aileron servo during landings. I figured that out real quick after the first servo got trashed. A light crash will break the center wing strut, add some reinforcement on the sides. For a so-so pilot it's not too difficult to fly.

This is a fun machine It is ok in light winds outside
CG as recommended seems too far forward I set mine 10 mm further back
Decals for cockpit and rudder still incorrect.
slots are a tight fit except for tail which is too small.
rudder and elevator push roods were too flimsy at the joins to the wire zs I used thin section of carbon rod overlapping join and heat shrink.
Buy a decent prop for it the one supplied lasted one flight and was damaged on landing. Excellent value for money

I wrote a build review a little earlier. You can see it below for reference to the quality issues. This review is just to say I now have it flying nicely. At first I had trouble trying to get the plane to fly straight and level. The problem turned out to be poor performing servos. The 2.5 g servos I used had very poor centering and resolution. They often responded to smooth stick changes with sudden step changes in position, and had a large "dead band". I am now using 5 g HXT-500 servos and a 7X6 prop. The CG is just slightly forward of the top wing c/f spar. To get the CG I had to mount the 800 mAh 2S battery with the rear of the battery near the bottom wing leading edge. The plane now flys nice and I'm having a ball!

The prop is not good, it requieres a 7x5. A problem with stickers not inverted on one side.
But a good parkflyer (without ANY wind) or good for indoor (in a big place...)

I just started the build.

Overall the kit is a good value and looks like it should perform well. Unfortunately, the kits have some errors. That, plus poor instructions makes assembly unnessarily frustrating. My kit had exactly the same problems as Mike's. Wrong size slots, no decals for the rudder and cockpit for the left side, shrink tube too small for tail pushrods. I would add poor instructions and and no landing gear as additional issues.

Mike any flight report yet?

It's a neat little thing. Fly it inside a hall/gym or outside withouth any wind. Thought it would be ok with little wind, but the plane has a flying weight of 216 grams, so best with no wind.
The propeller thats with it is too small. Go with a bigger one. You have to redo all the tape on everything. Also, some of the stickers isn't inverted, so you get two-three pairs of the same sticker.

All in all - cheap - good quality - worth the money!
